Once you talk with Rabbi Michael about your Jewish or Interfaith wedding you'll find how warm and engaging he is. Rabbi Michael Mayersohn has over 30 years of exsperience as a Rabbi and hundreds of couples have trusted him to handle their special wedding day.
Whoever you select to officiate at your wedding, do be careful. Unfortunately, there are some people who call themselves "rabbi" but have little or no rabbinic education or training. To make sure you are celebrating your joyous and legal ceremony with someone who is truly a rabbi, ask where he or she was ordained. If the answer is something other than Hebrew Union College, the Reconsructionist Rabbinic College or the American Jewish University you may want to check more closely. Just as we are all familiar with identity theft, sadly there are people pretending to be rabbis and stealing your trust.
Congratulations on your engagement! How exciting that you are about to embark on a journey to bring you and your fiancée together as man and wife. This Spring Rabbi Michael travelled across the Pacific Ocean to meet a wonderful couple from Australia and their family. The trip was filled with trams and trains for alot of sight seeing.
The wedding ceremony took place in a winery with a huge rose garden and grape vines that travelled for miles. As the sunset was upon us Rabbi Mayersohn prepared the Jewish rituals that would be sewn throughout the wedding ceremony. The couple stood under the chuppah with their respective parents.
The groomsmen and bridesmaids stood nearby, smiles on their faces and thrilled for this young, happy couple to become husband and wife under the Jewish traditions and faith.
After the ceremony guests enjoyed drinks and headed for a reception that will long be rememerbed.
Congratulations to a wonderful couple!

"Rabbi Michael,
Marcela and I wanted to let you know that we thought you did an incredible job at our wedding. The ceremony was beautiful, intimate and meaningful. You made us both feel relaxed and comfortable even though we had a few hiccups along the way. Your ability to roll with the punches and laugh off problems with the music and lighting of the unity candle just added to the overall enjoyment of the ceremony. We didn't get a chance to say good-bye so we wanted to express our deep thanks in writing and I hope you enjoyed the rest of your time on the boat and meeting our friends and family. If you ever need a reference, please count us in.
Thanks again and hope our paths cross again in the future,"

David & Marcela
"Dear Rabbi Michael,
We just wanted to thank you so much for making our wedding ceremony so beautiful. It was such a relaxed ceremony (including some giggling) but it contained everything we wanted plus more. We most loved the part where you spoke about friendship. Even though we only spent a short amount of time with you before the wedding, we loved the fact that you understood us! Having you do our ceremony way exceeded our expectations of the ceremony and we thank you for that as well.
We hope that you had a wonderful time in Melbourne. Most of all, we hope to keep in touch.
Thanks again,
